How much will my junk removal cost?
Quotes depend on the amount and type of material, lifting and loading time, access, travel and disposal costs. Share photos and an item list so we can review your specific job. Stairs, heavy items and special disposal requirements may affect the price.
Can you clear out an entire mobile home or property?
Yes—ask for a contents cleanout and describe the rooms, items and access. Building demolition is a separate scope and is not included in a contents removal quote.
Do I have to move everything outside?
Tell us where the items are when requesting your quote. Include stairs, narrow doorways and especially heavy pieces so the required labor can be included.
What about appliances or unusual materials?
List appliances and unusual materials individually before scheduling. Acceptance and any special disposal fees need to be confirmed. Do not include chemicals, fuel, asbestos, sharps or other hazardous materials in a regular pickup.
How do I send photos?
